Returns & Exchanges

SharkMarks.com returns and exchanges are accepted if apparel has not been customized, worn, or used in any way within 14 days of receiving your order. There are two options:

  1. The item can be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value
  2. The item can be returned for a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee
Any and all shipping costs for non-defective products will be the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be issued within 2-4 weeks of receiving the product back at SharkMarks. Items must be in their original condition and accompanied by the original SharkMarks packing slip.

How Do I Return or Exchange My SharkMarks.com Purchase?

If Your Packing Slip Includes A Return Label:

You can follow the instructions on the packing slip to complete your return.

If Your Packing Slip Does NOT Include A Return Label Or You Don’t Have A Packing Slip:

No problem! Email support info@sharkmarks.com and follow the directions on the screen to return the item.  Drop your package at your nearest post office or FedEx Location. Or arrange a pickup through usps.com/pickup.

Refunds

All SharkMarks.com returns are processed for a refund issued to the original method of payment.

Timeframe

It takes 14-28 business days to process all returns and exchanges. Please note, it may take 5-10 business days for your return to arrive at our returns facility before it can be processed. Upon processing your return, you will receive an email confirming we have issued your refund. It can take an additional 3-5 business days for your refund to post depending on your financial institution.
